Amaretto Sunrise
1/3 oz. Amaretto
1 tsp. Grenadine
4 oz. Orange Juice

Pour the amaretto and orange juice into a highball glass. Put the grenadine in around the sides of the glass using a spoon. Serve.

Amazing Grace
1 1/2 oz. Orange Liqueur
1 1/2 oz. Gold Tequila
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
2 oz. Sweet and Sour Mix
1 splash Blue Curacao Liqueur

Fill a highball glass with ice. All all of the ingredients except the blue curacao and shake well. Then splash the blue curacao on top and garnish with an orange.

Amber Dream
2 oz. dry gin
1 oz. Vermouth
1/4 oz. Yellow Chartreuse
1 dash Orange Bitters

Pour into an old-fashioned glass with ice and stir. Garnish with orange peel.

Angel's Kiss
1/4 oz. White Creme de Cacao
1/4 oz. Sloe Gin
1/4 oz. Brandy

Pour the ingredients carefully, in the order given, into a cafe glass so that they do not mix.

3/4 oz. Dark Rum

Apple Brandy Cocktail
1 1/2 oz. Apple Brandy

Pour all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass and serve.

2 oz. Sour Apple Schnapps
1 oz. Vodka
1 Dash of Sweet and Sour

Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Around the World
3/4 oz. Dark Rum
1/4 oz. Cognac
1 1/4 oz. Orange Juice
1 oz. Sweet and Sour Mix
1/4 oz. Creme de Noyaux
8 oz. Crushed Ice

Pour rum, cognac, orange juice, sour mix and creme de noyaux into a blender with a cup of crushed ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into a wine goblet and serve.

Aqua Marina
4 oz. Champagne
1 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Green Creme de Menthe
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice

Shake vodka, creme de menthe and lemon juice together. Strain into a champagne flute, and then add champagne.

Atomic Plum
1 oz. Peach Schnapps
1 oz. Amaretto
1 splash Bacardi 151 Rum
1 splash Orange Juice
1 splash Sprite
1 splash Cranberry Juice
1 splash Pineapple Juice

Add all ingredients except rum to a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes and shake for 15 to 20 seconds. Pour into a large shot glass, splash with rum and shoot.

Bermuda Bloom
1/2 oz. Apricot Brandy
1 oz. Gin
1 dash Triple Sec
1 oz. Lemon Juice
1 oz. Orange Juice
4 Ice Cubes
1 tsp. Sugar Syrup

Put ice into a cocktail shaker. Dash Triple Sec over the ice. Add in gin, lemon juice, orange juice and brandy. Pour in sugar syrup. Shake well and strain into a cold cocktail glass.

Black Cherry Shot
1 oz. Absolut Citron Vodka
1/2 oz. Creme de Noyaux
1/2 oz. DeKuyper Island Blue Pucker Schnapps

Pour all of the ingredients over ice in a shaker. Strain into a shot glass and drink while cold.

Black Fog
1 can Guinness Stout
1 shot Chambord Raspberry Liqueur

Pour the Chambord in to a mug of Guinness and swirl slightly to mix.

Blueberry Freeze
1 oz. Vodka
1/4 oz. Wildberry Schnapps
1 oz. Cream of Coconut
2 oz. Blueberries
1 1/2 oz. Crushed Pineapple
1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
8 oz. Crushed Ice
1 Tbs. Whipped Cream

Blend all of the ingredients thoroughly and pour into a glass. Top with the whipped cream and garnish with a teaspoon of blueberries.

Blue Gumball
1 oz. Amaretto
1 oz. Banana Liqueur
1 oz. Blue Curacao
1 oz. Vodka
3 Tbsp. Lemonade Concentrate
4 oz. Water

Mix and shake with ice. Should taste just like a gumball!

Blue Margarita
1 1/2 oz. Tequila
1 oz. Blue Curacao liqueur
1 oz. Lime Juice
Coarse Salt

Rub rim of cocktail glass with lime juice. Dip rim in coarse salt. Shake tequila, blue curacao and lime juice with ice, then strain into glass and serve.

Blue Moon Martini
1 1/2 oz. Bombay Sapphire Gin
3/4 oz. Blue Curacao Liqueur

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Use a twist of lemon to garnish.

Blues Night
2 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Blue Curacao Liqueur
1/4 tsp. Salt
5 oz. 7-Up

Pour the two liquors into a highball glass half-filled with ice cubes. Top with 7-Up. Sprinkle the salt on top, stir and serve.

Brandy Classic
1/2 oz. Brandy
1/4 oz. Maraschino Liqueur
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice

Sugar the rim of a cocktail glass with lemon juice and powdered sugar. Shake the ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain into the cocktail glass and serve.

Brandy Punch
2 cups Brandy
1 cup Rum
4 cups Pineapple Juice
1 cup Lemon Juice
1 cup Simple Syrup
1 quart Ginger Ale

Pour all ingredients, except the ginger ale, into a punch bowl and mix. Add the ginger ale last to keep the fizz fresh. Add ice just before serving.

1 jigger Bailey’s Irish cream
1 jigger Lime Juice

Hold one shot of Bailey’s in your mouth, and take one shot of lime juice. Mix in your mouth by shaking your head vigorously, then swallow.

Champagne Cocktail
2 dashes Bitters
1 lump Sugar
Chilled Champagne
1 twist Lemon Peel

Place one lump of sugar with bitters in a chilled champagne flute. Fill with chilled champagne. Add the twist of lemon peel and serve.

Cherry Kiss
1 1/2 oz. Gin
3/4 oz. Maraschino Liqueur
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
3 dashes Grenadine Syrup

Shake all ingredients and strain into a chilled martini or cocktail glass. Dust with grated nutmeg and serve.

Chip Shot
1 oz. Citrus Liqueur
1 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream
1 oz. Hot Coffee

Add the citrus liqueur and Bailey's Irish Cream to a small rocks glass. Splash the hot coffee on top and serve.

Citrus Berry Blush
2 Pints Strawberries
4 cups Vanilla Ice Cream
2 Lemon Peels, grated
1 cup Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
1 cup Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
2/3 cup Sugar
2 cups Crushed Ice
1 Lemon, sliced in rings

Puree the berries in a blender to yeild about 2 cups. In the blender, combine the strawberry puree and the remaining ingredients, except for the lemon rings. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and garnish with the lemon rings. Serve.

Citrus Rum Cooler
1 1/2 oz. Spiced Rum
1 1/2 oz. Coconut Rum
2 oz. Orange Juice
1 oz. Lemon Juice
1 oz. Lime Juice
1/2 tsp. sugar
2-4 oz. 7-Up

Add the spiced rum, coconut rum, orange juice, lemon juice, lime juice and sugar to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a collins glass with ice. Fill with 7-Up and serve.

Cranberry Sangria
2 pints Cranberry Juice
2 pints Orange Juice
1 bottle Red Wine (fruity)
1 to 2 Orange Slices

Mix chilled juices and wine in a large punch bowl. Float orange slices on top.

1 1/2 oz. Strawberry Liqueur
1 1/2 oz. Cactus Cooler Orange-Pineapple Soda
5 oz. Limeade

Pour all of the ingredients into a collins glass filled with ice cubes and stir. Garnish with a lime slice and serve.

Desert Sunrise
1 1/4 oz. Vodka
1 1/2 oz. Orange Juice
1 1/2 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 dash Grenadine

Pour all of the ingredients into a collins glass filled with crushed ice. Top with grenadine and serve.

Dreamcatcher
1 1/2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Gin
2 oz. Blue Curacao Liqueur
2 splashes Lime Juice
2 splashes Lime Cordial
1/2 oz. Grenadine
1-2 oz. 7-Up

Build this drink over ice. Start with the shot of vodka, and then layer the blue curacao on top of that. Splash the gin in next, and add the lime cordial. After this, fill the glass with 7-Up and squeeze some lime juice in. Put the grenadine in last.

Dreamsicle
1 1/2 oz. Bailey’s Irish Cream
3 1/2 oz. Orange Juice

Combine the two in a lowball glass and stir.

1 1/2 cups Pineapple Juice
1/2 cup Crushed Pineapple
1 large Carrot, peeled and chopped

Put all ingredients into a blender, cover and mix on medium speed until well blended. Pour into a collins glass and serve.

Evening in Paris
4 oz. Peach Vodka
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
2 oz. Orange Juice
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
2 oz. 7-Up
2 tsp. Sugar

Pour the pineapple juice, orange juice, lemon juice, peach vodka and sugar into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well for 30 seconds. Pour unstained into a large glass and add the 7-Up. Stir briefly and serve.

Fairy Belle Cocktail
3/4 oz. Apricot Brandy
1 1/2 oz. Gin
1 tsp. Grenadine
1 Egg White

Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass and serve.

Flaming Lemon Drop
1 1/2 shots Absolut Citron Vodka
1 splash Galliano Herbal Liqueur
1/2 slice Lemon
1/4 tsp. Sugar
1/4 tsp. 151 Proof Rum

Pour Absolut Citron into a shot glass and top it off with a splash of Galliano. Place half a lemon slice flat on the rim of the shot glass. Put some sugar on the slice and soak the sugar with 151. Just before you drink it, ignite the sugar. Blow the flame out when it seems to caramelize the sugar. Lick the sugar off the lemon slice, down the shot, and then bit the pulp of the lemon.

Frozen Pink Lemonade
1 1/2 oz. Stoli Limonnaya Vodka
1 splash Grenadine
1 Tbs. Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Sugar

Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.

Fruit Fantasy
3 oz. Orange Juice
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz. Kiwi Syrup
4 Strawberries
2 Tbs. Melons

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Add a half a glass of crushed ice and blend again. Pour into a pina colada glass, garnish with fruit and serve with a straw.

Gin Blossom
2 cups Lemon-Lime Soda
1 oz. Gin
1 ½ oz. Peach Schnapps

Fill the glass about two-thirds full of the lemon-lime soda. Pour in the schnapps, then gin. Put ice in glass to cool.

Gin Daisy
2 oz. Gin
1 oz. Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Grenadine
1 Maraschino Cherry
1 slice Orange

In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the gin, lemon juice, sugar, and grenadine. Shake well. Pour into an old-fashioned glass and garnish with the cherry and orange slice.

Ginger Scotch
2 oz. Scotch
4 oz. Ginger Ale

Fill a highball glass almost full with ice cubes. Pour scotch and ginger ale into the glass. Stir well, garnish with a lime wedge and serve.

Golden Sunset
1 1/4 oz. White Creme De Cacao
1 1/4 oz. Cointreau Orange Liqueur
1 1/4 oz. Double Cream
3/4 oz. Orange Juice
1 tsp. Galliano Herbal Liqueur

Shake all ingredients, then strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange slice.

Granny Apple Blossom
1 1/2 oz. Apple Schnapps
1 1/2 oz. Tequila
1/4 oz. Daiquiri Mix
Fill with 7-Up
Ice Cubes

Mix apple schnapps, tequila and daiquiri mix in a glass filled with ice. Fill to the top with 7-Up.

Green Dream
6 oz. Melon Liqueur
2 oz. Vodka
2 oz. Pine-Orange-Banana Juice

Blend all ingredients on low speed with ice and serve in a highball glass.

Green Goddess
1 1/2 oz. Melon Liqueur

1 tsp. Dry Vermouth

1 1/2 cups Apricot Brandy
3 Cinnamon Sticks

Simmer all ingredients over low heat for 30 minutes. Serve warm. Makes 6 to 8 servings.

1/2 oz. Whiskey

2 oz. Orange Juice

Shake all ingredients adding orange juice to taste. Serve in a shot glass.

Pink Fluffy Clouds
2 oz. White Rum
1 oz. Black Currant Cordial
5 oz. Milk

Shake all ingredients with ice and serve in a chilled cocktail glass.

Pink Lady
1 1/2 oz. Gin
1 tsp. Grenadine
1 tsp. Light Cream
1 Egg White

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass and serve.

Pink Rain
1/3 oz. Gin
1/3 oz. Vodka
5/6 oz. Strawberry Liqueur
1/6 oz. Grenadine
1-2 oz. Tonic Water

Place three ice cubes in a cocktail glass. Add strawbery liqueur, vodka, gin and grenadine. Then top with tonic water. Garnish with strawberries and serve.

Plum Liqueur*
2 lbs. Plums
2 cups Granulated Sugar
2 cups Vodka
1/2 cup Brandy

*Please note that this is more of a long-term venture!!
Wash the plums and pat dry. Cut in half or smaller and pit. Place them in an aging container, pour sugar over them and stir. Add vodka and brandy, stirring to partly dissolve sugar. Cap the container and place in a cool, dark place for two months, stirring occasionally.
Place a strainer over a large bowl and strain liqueur. Press the liquid from the plums with the back of a wooden spoon and discard plum pulp. Re-strain the liqueur through cloth until clear and bottle as desired. The Plum liqueur is ready for drinking or cooking, but for best results, let it age another month, if you can wait that long!

P.S. I Love You
1/2 shot Bailey’s Irish Cream
1/2 shot Grand Marnier
1 splash White Creme de Menthe
Nutmeg
About 75 ml Cream, single
Ice

Mix the Bailey’s, Grand Marnier and single cream together with some ice in a shaker. Shake thoroughly and pour into a cocktail glass. Pour the splash of White Crème de Menthe through the mixture to the bottom of the glass. Shake some nutmeg over the top of the cocktail.

Purple Midnight
1 oz. Silver Tequila
1 oz. Blue Curacao

4-6 oz. Cranberry Juice or Cran-Raspberry Juice

Pour tequila then blue curacao into a highball glass. Add juice. If amounts are done properly, your drink should be dark purple with a blue ring at the bottom. Garnish with lemon.

Purple Passion
1 1/4 oz. Vodka
3/4 oz. Triple Sec
1 splash Grape Juice
1 splash Cranberry Juice

Shake and strain all ingredients into a shot glass.

Purple Rain

Pour gin into a high ball glass filled with ice. Fill glass with cranberry juice. Add Blue Curacao, sour mix and soda. Shake gently, and add more curacao until purple. Serve.

5-6 oz. 7-Up

Combine all ingredients in a highball glass and serve.

Raspberry Mint Martini
1 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Sweet and Sour Mix
4 Fresh Raspberries
8 Muddled Mint Leaves
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup

Muddle mint in a dry pint glass. Add vodka, simple syrup and sweet and sour mix. Add ice. Throw in the raspberries and shake. Strain into a martini glass and serve.

Razzle-Dazzle
1 parts Brandy
1 part Absinthe Herbal Liqueur
1 part Ginger Ale

Pour equal parts of all three ingredients into a frozen glass and serve.

Rosita
1 oz. Tequila
1/2 oz. Dry Vermouth
1/2 oz. Sweet Vermouth
1 oz. Bitters

Stir all ingredients in a glass with ice. Add a twist of lemon peel and serve.

Ruby Fizz
2 oz. Sloe Gin
1 tsp. Grenadine
Juice of half a Lemon
1 tsp. Powdered Sugar

Carbonated Water


Stir all ingredients (except the carbonated water) with ice and strain into a highball glass over two ice cubes. Fill with the carbonated water, stir and serve.

Ruby Soho

1 splash Sweet and Sour Mix
5 oz. Sprite

Shake liquors and sour mix with ice and strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Fill with Sprite, garnish with a cherry and serve.

Combine the ingredient with ice in a blender. Pour into a sugar-rimmed margarita glass. Swirl with grenadine and garnish with a fresh strawberry.

Scarlet Fever
13 oz. White Rum
13 oz. Vodka
7 oz. Gin
6 oz. Cranberry Juice

Mix together and shake. Pour into a draft glass. Add some ice and garnish with a lemon wheel.

Scotch Highball
2 oz. Scotch
Carbonated Water
1 twist Lemon Peel

Pour scotch into a highball glass over ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water. Garnish with lemon peel and serve.

Secret Blue
45 ml. Vodka
20 ml. Lime Juice
1 tsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Soda (7-Up, Sprite)
15 ml. Blue Curacao Liqueur
1 tsp. Green Creme de Menthe

Shake vodka, lime and sugar with shaker. Add soda. Pour into pilsner glass with ice. Drop curacao and creme de menthe in and decorate with a lime slice and a cherry.

Shady Lady
1 oz. Tequila
1 oz. Melon Liqueur
4 oz. Grapefruit Juice

Combine ingredients in a highball glass over ice. Garnish with a lime and a cherry.

Sherbert Delight
2 oz. Absolut Mandrin Vodka
2 oz. Spiced Rum
1 oz. Gin
5 oz. Orange Juice
2 dashes Grenadine

Combine all of the ingredients – starting with the orange juice – in a highball glass and serve.

Silver Cloud
1 oz. Amaretto Almond Liqueur
1 oz. Kahlua Coffee Liqueur
4 oz. Milk
1 1/2 oz. Whipped Cream

Mix amaretto, Kahlua and milk together. Fill with ice cubes and top with whipped cream.

Spring Break
1 1/2 oz. Absolut Kurant Vodka
1/2 oz. Lychee Liqueur
3-4 oz. Club Soda

Fill glass with ice. Add vodka, followed by lychee liqueur. Top off with club soda and serve.

Spring Julep
3 oz. Bourbon
1 oz. Fruit-Infused Simple Syrup
3 Infused Cantaloupes
2 Infused Raspberries
2 Infused Lemons
1 dash Rose Water
5 Mint Leaves

Take half a cantaloupe, cut off the rind and cut into slivers. Put into a fast-pour container with 20 raspberries and a lemon cut into crescents. Fill container with vodka, cover and leave in the refrigerator for two days. After that, pour vodka into another fast-pour container and fill with equal part simple syrup. This is the infused simple syrup. Add infused simple syrup to mixing glass with mint leaves. Press the leaves so they bruise, but are not mashed. Fill the glass with ice, add bourbon and stir. Fill a Collins glass with crushed ice, fruit and the strained contents of the mixing glass. Serve.

Sunflower Highball
1 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Licor 43 Liqueur
5 oz. Orange Juice

Build over ice in a highball glass. Dust with nutmeg and serve.

Tahitian Tea
1/2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Rum
1/2 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Orange Liqueur
3 oz. Orange Juice
3 oz. Cranberry Juice

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the liquors. Fill with 3 oz. of each juice. Shake and serve.

Tango Cocktail
1/2 oz. Sweet Vermouth
1/2 oz. Dry Vermouth
1 oz. Gin
1/2 tsp. Triple Sec
1 Tbsp. Orange Juice

Shake all ingredients together with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass and serve.

Tequila Mockingbird
1 1/2 oz. Tequila
3/4 oz. Creme de Menthe
Juice of 1 Lime

Shake all ingredients together with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass and serve.

The Grape Escape
3/4 oz. Captain Morgan Parrot Bay Pineapple Rum
3/4 oz. Roses Blue Raspberry Mixer
3/4 oz. DeKuyper Sour Apple Schnapps
3/4 oz. DeKuyper Grape Pucker Schnapps
Fill with 7-Up

Fill an old fashioned glass with ice. Pour all ingredients into the shaker and shake. Strain into the glass. Fill the remainder with 7-up.

The Party Girl
2 parts Cranberry Juice
1 part Chambord
1 part Absolut Kurant Vodka

Mix all ingredients in a shaker. Serve over ice and garnish with a lime wedge.

Whispers of the Frost
1 1/2 oz. Whiskey
1 1/2 oz. Sherry
1 1/2 oz. Port
1 tsp. Sugar
Variety of fruit for garnish

Pour the whiskey and wines in a goblet filled with ice. Add sugar to taste. Stir. Garnish with fruit in the drink and on the rim. Serve.

White Cloud
1 1/2 oz. Vodka
3/4 oz. White Creme de Cacao
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
3/4 oz. Cream

Shake well over ice cubes in a shaker. Strain into a large glass over crushed ice and serve.

Wildflower
2 oz. Gatorade Fruit Punch
2 oz. V8 Vegetable Juice Splash Fruit Medley
3 oz. Frozen Strawberies, blended
2 oz. Mountain Dew
2 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Lemon Juice

Freeze Gatorade and juice into a thick slush. Blend the frozen strawberries into a smooth texture with the slush mixture. Add Mountain Dew, vodka and lemon juice. Serve with lemon and strawberry on the side.
